Since the launch of Indonesia Travel Plan, we have sent lots of customers to Indonesia who have come back smiling. Here is a snippet of the fantastic feedback that we have received from our returning travellers, and we're constantly updating this page to squeeze in the positive comments as they come our way.

As a small, ethical company, we really do listen to the feedback of our customers. This means that we regularly update and review the accommodation and the activities that we offer in order to give you the best Indonesia holiday we possibly can.

General Comments

All the accommodation was beautiful and a good mixture of relaxation and activities. We really got the impression that you'd listened to and then given us what we wanted, which was great. The hotels at Sanur and North Bali were so lovely, and driving between places with friendly drivers enabled us to see the country. G. Hughes

Local Staff and Service in Indonesia

The drivers were great - they were waiting for us even after our flights were very delayed. They were really nice and friendly and very keen to please, stop when we wanted etc. Everything ran very smoothly. G.Hughes

Indonesia Travel Plan Staff

Natasha was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and by email. She arranged the extra hotel and train tickets and got all the paper work through in double quick time as we were going to be away from home for some time before the trip and would not have had easy access to a computer to print out the vouchers.
