Dolphins of LovinaLovina Beach is on the north coast of Bali. It is a friendly coastal resort with a lot more charm than the tourist resorts of the south. It’s been a popular hideaway for backpackers and adventure travellers for years, which has given the place a laid-back atmosphere with lots little restaurants, shops and diving schools.Lovina beach in Bali may not be the prettiest beach in the world, with dark volcanic sand, but it's a great place for swimming and snorkelling. Thanks to the large shrimp population, the area attracts lots of dolphins which makes for a brilliant day trip. |

Day 1: Arrival Lovina BeachToday, you'll arrive at Lovina beach on Bali. Your comfortable resort is within walking distance of all the interesting places in Lovina and there's a big pool. The sea water temperature is 27°C, so you can spend your stay at Lovina beach swimming, lazing in a deckchair or chilling out in one of the beach bars. Day 2: Dolphin-spotting boat tripEarly this morning you’ll hop on a boat for a dolphin-spotting trip. The water is as smooth as glass at this time of day. Luckily the fishermen know where the shrimp are hiding in the currents and before you know it, you'll hear splashing alongside the boat as the first group of dolphins appear.After your dolphin trip, you can enjoy breakfast back at the hotel and spend the rest of the morning relaxing on Lovina beach. In the afternoon you can go on an (optional) excurision to the hot springs where you can simmer in the hot sulphuric waters. You’ll return to Lovina later that afternoon. |
Day 3: Departure Lovina - End of moduleAfter breakfast, you can spend the rest of the day enjoying the beach at Lovina on Bali. If you'd like to stay in Lovina a bit longer we can always extend ththis tour for you. After Lovina, you can continue your trip with Forests and Islands, Munduk and the Temple Lake or head back south. |
